目的:建立蔬菜、水果、鱼类、肉类及粮食谷物类等样品前处理操作规范。方法采用前处理设备德国莱驰刀式混合研磨仪(RETSCH GRINDOMIX GM200),从各类食品样品着手,上机进行反复试验,找到最适的仪器操作参数对样品进行均一化处理。结果蔬菜、水果、鱼类、肉类及粮食谷物等经刀式混合研磨仪GM200研磨后均获得均一性样品,满足后续检测的实验要求(包括元素、农残、兽残等检测项目)。结论采用刀式研磨仪 GM200对样品进行预处理,可以进一步地提高样品的均一化程度,更好地保留分析目标化合物,为食品样品中待测组分的提取、净化、浓缩,进行定量、定性分析检测做好充分准备,保证结果的准确性和重现性。

목적:건립소채、수과、어류、육류급양식곡물류등양품전처리조작규범。방법채용전처리설비덕국래치도식혼합연마의(RETSCH GRINDOMIX GM200),종각류식품양품착수,상궤진행반복시험,조도최괄적의기조작삼수대양품진행균일화처리。결과소채、수과、어류、육류급양식곡물등경도식혼합연마의GM200연마후균획득균일성양품,만족후속검측적실험요구(포괄원소、농잔、수잔등검측항목)。결론채용도식연마의 GM200대양품진행예처리,가이진일보지제고양품적균일화정도,경호지보류분석목표화합물,위식품양품중대측조분적제취、정화、농축,진행정량、정성분석검측주호충분준비,보증결과적준학성화중현성。
ABSTRACT:Objective To establish the pre-processing operation specification for vegetables, fruits, fish, meat and grain. Methods Using the pretreatment equipment (RETSCH GRINDOMIX GM200), all kinds of food samples were tested repeatedly to confirm the most suitable instrument operation parameters on the ho-mogenization processing samples.ResultsVegetables, fruits, fish, meat and grains homogeneity samples were obtained after GM200 grinding, which could meet the requirement of the follow-up testing experiments (including detection of elements, pesticide residues and drug residues).Conclusion The samples being pre-treated using RETSCH GRINDOMIX GM200 can further improve sample homogenization and retain the target compounds preferably to be prepared for extraction, purification, concentration, quantitative and qualitative analysis of food samples, in order to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of the result.
