目的：比较研究膨胀期老年白内障采用超声乳化治疗和小切口囊外摘除手术方式的治疗效果。方法选取2011年4月～2014年4月3年间来我院进行治疗的膨胀期白内障患者150例，使用超声乳化治疗患者75例作为乳化组，采用小切口囊外摘除术治疗患者75例作为摘除组。收集两组患者年龄、性别、病程、术前平均远视力、核硬度Ⅲ级，以及两组患者术后1周、1月、3月视力恢复情况、散光度，和两组患者术后角膜水肿、眼内压升高、角膜内皮的损害、眼内炎等并发症的数据，并进行统计学研究。结果两组患者年龄、性别、病程、术前平均远视力、核硬度Ⅲ级数据比较差异不明显。乳化组患者的手术时间明显短于摘除组，而且患者的手术切口也明显小于摘除组患者。术后1周、1月、3月视力恢复情况比较差异不明显。两组患者术后角膜水肿、眼内压升高、角膜内皮的损害、眼内炎等并发症的数据比较，差异不明显。结论：膨胀期老年白内障采用超声乳化治疗和采用小切口囊外摘除手术方式治疗预后效果良好，并发症少，节省手术时间，切口小。但是，但在手术费用方面白内障超声乳化术高于小切口囊外摘除术，安全性方面小切口囊外摘除术较高。
목적：비교연구팽창기노년백내장채용초성유화치료화소절구낭외적제수술방식적치료효과。방법선취2011년4월～2014년4월3년간래아원진행치료적팽창기백내장환자150례，사용초성유화치료환자75례작위유화조，채용소절구낭외적제술치료환자75례작위적제조。수집량조환자년령、성별、병정、술전평균원시력、핵경도Ⅲ급，이급량조환자술후1주、1월、3월시력회복정황、산광도，화량조환자술후각막수종、안내압승고、각막내피적손해、안내염등병발증적수거，병진행통계학연구。결과량조환자년령、성별、병정、술전평균원시력、핵경도Ⅲ급수거비교차이불명현。유화조환자적수술시간명현단우적제조，이차환자적수술절구야명현소우적제조환자。술후1주、1월、3월시력회복정황비교차이불명현。량조환자술후각막수종、안내압승고、각막내피적손해、안내염등병발증적수거비교，차이불명현。결론：팽창기노년백내장채용초성유화치료화채용소절구낭외적제수술방식치료예후효과량호，병발증소，절성수술시간，절구소。단시，단재수술비용방면백내장초성유화술고우소절구낭외적제술，안전성방면소절구낭외적제술교고。
ObjectiveTo compare the use of in tumescent senile cataract peaceful ossification small incision extra capsular cataract extraction and surgical treatment.Methods Selected from April 2011 to April 2014 three years to our hospital for treat-ment of sweling of cataract patients 150 cases, the use of treated patients phacoemulsification 75 cases as emulsifying group, using a smal incision extra capsular cataract extraction patients treated 75 cases as the removal of the group. Colected patients were age, gender, disease duration, mean preoperative distance vision, core hardness Ⅲ grade, as wel as two groups of patients after 1 week, 1 month, 3 weeks visual acuity cases, astigmatism, corneal edema, and two groups of patients, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial damage, data endophthalmitis complications and statisticaly research.Results Patients were age, gender, disease duration, mean preoperative distance vision, core hardness level data Ⅲ difference was not obvious, was not statisticaly significant. But the two groups of patients and surgical incision size group than removal group emulsification time, significant differences in the data, with statistical significance. After 1 week, 1 month, 3 weeks eyesight recovery, other data astigmatism difference was not obvious, was not statistically significant. The postoperative corneal edema, increased intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial damage, data endophthalmitis complications, the difference was obvious, was not statistically significant. Conclusion Expansion of the use of senile cataract phacoemulsification and extracapsular cataract extraction with small inci-sion surgical treatment prognosis is good, fewer complications, time-saving surgery. However, in the aspect of operation for cat-aract phaco higher than that of smal incision extracapsular extraction, safety of smal incision extracapsular extraction is higher.
