医院资产中占比重最大的是固定资产，部分医院的固定资产价值几亿元。随着医疗改革，医院为了不断扩大规模，不断增加固定资产，固定资产的使用和管理中的弊端逐渐显现出来。因此，如何配置医院固定资产和如何提高其利用率就成为当前医院管理者的工作重心，该研究通过对医院固定资产使用现状进行分析并提出相应的改进措施。
