目的：探讨血液透析过程中存在的风险，同时提出护理管理措施。方法选取2013年10月—2015年4月该院收治的90例血液透析患者，分析临床特点及存在的风险，并采用具有针对性的护理管理措施，观察分析护理管理的效果。结果透析前后，患者总胆固醇指标无明显变化(P>0.05)，但白蛋白与甘油三脂指标明显降低，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；经过有效护理管理后，患者满意度为92.2%，明显高于护理管理前患者满意度(76.67%)，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；较之护理管理前，不良反应发生率为11.11%，得到明显改善，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；同时医护人员的整体素养得到明显提高，医患关系进一步改善。结论在血液透析过程中，风险控制及有效的护理管理能显著减少并发症的发生，有效预防感染，提高了患者的生活质量，对促进医患和谐关系具有积极意义，极具临床应用价值。
목적：탐토혈액투석과정중존재적풍험，동시제출호리관리조시。방법선취2013년10월—2015년4월해원수치적90례혈액투석환자，분석림상특점급존재적풍험，병채용구유침대성적호리관리조시，관찰분석호리관리적효과。결과투석전후，환자총담고순지표무명현변화(P>0.05)，단백단백여감유삼지지표명현강저，비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；경과유효호리관리후，환자만의도위92.2%，명현고우호리관리전환자만의도(76.67%)，비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；교지호리관리전，불량반응발생솔위11.11%，득도명현개선，비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；동시의호인원적정체소양득도명현제고，의환관계진일보개선。결론재혈액투석과정중，풍험공제급유효적호리관리능현저감소병발증적발생，유효예방감염，제고료환자적생활질량，대촉진의환화해관계구유적겁의의，겁구림상응용개치。
Objective To study the process of hemodialysis, the risk of nursing management measures are put forward at the same time. Methods Select in October 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital treated 90 cases of hemodialysis patients, analy-sis the clinical characteristics and risk, and by using the nursing management of targeted measures, observing and analyzing the effect of nursing management. Results Before and after dialysis, and total cholesterol in patients with indicators no sig-nificant change (P>0.05), but the albumin significantly lower triglycerides indexes and comparing differences statistically significant (P<0.05); After the effective nursing management, patient satisfaction was 92.2%, significantly higher than the patient satisfaction before nursing management (76.67%), compare the differences statistically significant (P<0.05); Than be-fore the nursing management, the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.11%, and obvious improvement, comparative differ-ences statistically significant (P<0.05); At the same time a considerable improvement of medical personnel's overall quality, to further improve the doctor-patient relationship. Conclusion In the process of hemodialysis, risk control and the effective nursing management can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications, effective in preventing infection, improving the patient's quality of life, can play a positive role to promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship, worth clinical application.
