目的：探究对烧伤患者的压疮预防与监控管理对策。方法选取2013年1月-2015年3月在该院接受住院治疗的烧伤患者460人，按照时间将其分成两组，常规组与优化组，每组共有患者230人，常规组中的患者为2013年1月-2014年1月收治的，为常规组中的患者提供常规监管对策，包括日常按时给药上药，辅助患者翻身，监控压疮等；优化组中的患者为2014年2月-2015年3月收治的，为优化组中的患者提供优化监管对策，包括完善护理、优化管理、增加营养等。对比两组患者的治疗效果，并分析压疮的发生因素和相关问题。结果对比两组患者的治疗结果，优化组明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在烧伤科患者压疮的预防和监控工作中仍然存在一些问题和不可避免的风险，针对不同患者特征制定相应的护理和治疗对策，不断提升医护工作者自身素质，完善管理制度，提高对压疮的预防意识，可以有效提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore for burn patients with pressure ulcers prevention and monitoring management counter-measures. Methods Selection in January 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital inpatient treatment of burn patients, 460 peo-ple, according to the time it is divided into two groups, conventional group and optimization group, each group of patients with a total of 230 people, patients in the conventional group in January 2013 to January 2014, provide regular supervision countermeasures for patients in the conventional group, including daily dosing medicine on time, auxiliary patients turn, monitoring of pressure ulcers, etc. Optimization of patients in the group in February 2014 to March 2015, in order to opti-mize the patients in the group to provide optimal regulatory measures, including perfecting nursing, optimal management, increase nutrition, etc. Contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients, and analyze the factors and the related prob-lems of pressure ulcers. Results Compared with two groups of patients as a result, the optimization is superior to the con-ventional group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with acute pressure ulcers prevention and mon-itoring work and there are still some problems in the inevitable risk, according to different characteristics to formulate the corresponding nursing and treatment countermeasures, improve health care workers to their own quality, improve the man-agement system, improve the consciousness of prevention of pressure ulcers, can effectively improve therapeutic effect.
