目的：对精神科发生的不良事件进行分析，找出事件发生的原因并制定出防范对策，减少对病人的意外伤害。方法采用回顾性调查研究方法，对该院1998年12月—2015年3月期间的不良事件进行分析。结果54例不良事件中外逃占22.22%、自杀占14.81%、跌倒占12.96%、冲动伤人占12.96%、误服药品占9.26%、吐食异物占7.40%、猝死占7.40%、烫伤占5.56%、噎食占3.70%、压疮占1.85%、食物中毒占1.85%。结论精神病人因为疾病和非疾病等因素，意外事件的发生率高，医务人员防止护理不良事件发生作用重大，精神科要不断加强病房和门诊的安全管理，严格执行各项核心制度，进行安全教育和专科培训。

목적：대정신과발생적불량사건진행분석，조출사건발생적원인병제정출방범대책，감소대병인적의외상해。방법채용회고성조사연구방법，대해원1998년12월—2015년3월기간적불량사건진행분석。결과54례불량사건중외도점22.22%、자살점14.81%、질도점12.96%、충동상인점12.96%、오복약품점9.26%、토식이물점7.40%、졸사점7.40%、탕상점5.56%、일식점3.70%、압창점1.85%、식물중독점1.85%。결론정신병인인위질병화비질병등인소，의외사건적발생솔고，의무인원방지호리불량사건발생작용중대，정신과요불단가강병방화문진적안전관리，엄격집행각항핵심제도，진행안전교육화전과배훈。
Objective To analyze the adverse events occurring in the psychiatric department, find out the causes of the in-cident and formulate the preventive measures to reduce the accidental injury to the patients. Methods A retrospective study method was used to analyze the adverse events of our hospital from March 2015 to December 1998. Results 54 cases of adverse events and escape accounted for 22.22%, suicides account for 14.81%, falls accounted for 12.96%, impulse hurt for 12.96%, accidental drug, accounting for 9.26%, spit food foreign body 7.40%, sudden death 7.40%, scald 5.56%, choking 3.70%, pressure ulcer 1.85%, food poisoning 1.85%. Conclusion Mental patients because of disease and non disease and other factors, the incidence of unexpected events, medical personnel in the prevention of adverse events, the role of major, the spirit of the hospital should continue to strengthen the safety management of wards and outpatient, strictly implement the core system, safety education and training.
