目的：探究高血压合并糖尿病患者采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗的效果。方法选取2014年6月～2015年7月收治的61例高血压合并糖尿病患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组36例患者选择硝苯地平缓释片的使用，对照组25例患者选择依那普利的治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为94.44%，对照组治疗总有效率为84.0%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压合并糖尿病患者采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗，可改善血压情况，很少有不良反应，效果显著。

목적：탐구고혈압합병당뇨병환자채용초분지평완석편치료적효과。방법선취2014년6월～2015년7월수치적61례고혈압합병당뇨병환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조36례환자선택초분지평완석편적사용，대조조25례환자선택의나보리적치료，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과실험조환자치료총유효솔위94.44%，대조조치료총유효솔위84.0%，대비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론고혈압합병당뇨병환자채용초분지평완석편치료，가개선혈압정황，흔소유불량반응，효과현저。
Objective Nifedipine Sustained-release tablets effect in treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes is to be studied. Methods 61 patients of hypertension complicated with diabetes were treated in hospital from June 2014 to July 2015 and separate them into two groups at random. 36 patients in study group are given nifedipine sustained-release tablets treatment, while 25 patients in control group are given enalapril treatment, and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’ treatment efifcacy in study group is 94.44%, while treatment efifcacy in control group is 84.0%. There is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets are effective in treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes, it is conducive to improving patients’ blood pressure with few side-effects.
