研究了硅粉对普通硅酸盐水泥性能的影响,结果表明,水泥净浆的用水量会随着硅粉的掺量呈现规律性增长趋势,掺入适量粉煤灰可有效改善缺陷。从水泥净浆的强度测试结果,结合水泥净浆粘度随硅粉掺量大小的变化情况,综合选定硅粉在普通硅酸盐水泥中的合理掺量范围为5%~10%,为进一步进行硅粉高性能水泥的研制提供了试验依据。

By studying the effect of silica fume used in the performance of ordinary portland cement. The results showed that,water consumption of cement paste would be presented regular growth trend along with the mixing amount of silica fume,the defect can be improved by incorporation the appropriate amount of fly ash. By testing results of the cement paste strength,combine with the change of cement paste viscosity with the mixing amount of silica fume,the reasonable range of mixing amount of silica fume would be com-prehensive selected between 5% ~10%. To provide the experimental basis for further development of high performance silica fume cement.
