泡沫剂辅助蒸汽驱过程实验优化参数为:气液比1∶1,浓度0.5%,注入时机为低含水率。利用优化的参数开展了泡沫剂/驱油剂辅助蒸汽驱单双管实验,结果表明:①蒸汽驱后,注入驱油剂或泡沫剂,采收率分别提高25.7%和28.4%,两者可以大幅度提高采收率;②单管蒸汽驱阶段的平均采收率为60.25%,而非均质双管蒸汽驱阶段采收率为33.6%,表明非均质性增加,蒸汽驱采收率下降;③驱油剂/泡沫剂辅助蒸汽驱提高采收率58.9%,大于单独泡沫剂或驱油剂辅助蒸汽驱效果,表明化学剂协同作用可以更好的提高采收率;④实验结束后,填砂管中局部油砂的含油饱和度为零,表明驱油剂或泡沫剂辅助蒸汽驱实验具有很高的洗油效率。

Foam auxiliarg steam flooding process parameters are that gas liquid ratio is 1∶1,concentration is 0. 5%,and injection time is low water cut. The injection of homemade alkylbenzene sulfonate surfactant and foam agent are conducted in single tube and double tubes displacement experiment devices. The re-sults show that ①injection of alkylbenzene sulfonate surfactant or foam agent can enhance recovery 25 . 7% and 28 . 4% respectively;②recovery of single tube experiment during steam flooding stage is 60. 25%,which is higher than that of double tubes. Heterogeneity double pipe steam flooding phase recov-ery is 33 . 6%. The results show that heterogeneity reduce the recovery;③synergy injection of alkyl-benzene sulfonate surfactant and foam agent can enhance recovery 58 . 9%, which is higher than that of single injection;④oil saturation of part of sands is zero in the end of experiment. That results show that al-kylbenzene sulfonate surfactant and foam agent have high displacement efficiency.
