建立了高效液相色谱法测定简易塑料手套中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的分析方法。简易塑料手套需要一系列的处理后,提取后浓缩即可进样。实验的色谱条件,柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长228 nm。结果表明,建立的方法在0.0418~0.6270 mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9990),方法的检出限(LOD)为0.418μg/mL;应用该方法测定简易塑料手套中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,实际样品的加标回收率在83.3%~105.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD%)低于2.23%。该方法操作简单、快速、准确,可用于不同塑料手套中塑化剂组分中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的分析。

A high performance liquild chromatography ( HPLC ) analysis method for the determination of dibutyl phthalate ( DBP) in the simple and plastic glove was established. Plastic glove sample,which trea-ted with a series of simple pretreatment,was directly injected into the injector. The experimental chromato-graphic condition were as follows:the chromatographic colomn is C18 , the operation temperature was at 35 ℃,the flow solution was methanol,and rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the UV dedector was used and dedector wavelength was 228 nm. The result showed that the calibration graph is linear with r =0. 999 0 in the range of 0. 041 8 ~ 0. 627 0 mg/mL dibutyl phthalate standard solution. The limit of detection is 0. 418 μg/mL application of the method of determination of soft dringking in dioctyl phthalate is used. The recovery is between 83. 3% ~105. 7%,RSD lower than 2. 23%. The method is simple,fast and ac-curate.
