目的：了解某市社区卫生服务中心基本医疗服务提供情况，分析可能存在的问题，并探讨解决方法。方法对某市社区卫生服务基本情况进行回顾性调查，对相关数据进行统计描述分析。结果某市社区卫生服务相对全国处于中等偏上水平，门诊服务、住院服务、双向转诊等服务均有待发展。结论需要进一步提高社区卫生服务医疗水平，完善家庭病床和双向转诊相关制度。
目的：瞭解某市社區衛生服務中心基本醫療服務提供情況，分析可能存在的問題，併探討解決方法。方法對某市社區衛生服務基本情況進行迴顧性調查，對相關數據進行統計描述分析。結果某市社區衛生服務相對全國處于中等偏上水平，門診服務、住院服務、雙嚮轉診等服務均有待髮展。結論需要進一步提高社區衛生服務醫療水平，完善傢庭病床和雙嚮轉診相關製度。
목적：료해모시사구위생복무중심기본의료복무제공정황，분석가능존재적문제，병탐토해결방법。방법대모시사구위생복무기본정황진행회고성조사，대상관수거진행통계묘술분석。결과모시사구위생복무상대전국처우중등편상수평，문진복무、주원복무、쌍향전진등복무균유대발전。결론수요진일보제고사구위생복무의료수평，완선가정병상화쌍향전진상관제도。
Objective To investigate the service situation of community health service centers, analyze potential problems and discuss effective solutions. Methods We conducted a retrospective study of community health services, and statistical description and analysis were explicated. Results The community health service was above the medium level compared with the national average level. The outpatient service, inpatient service and dual referral service need further development. Conclusion Efforts should be made to improve the medical level of community health service and perfect the systems of hospital beds at home and dual referral service.
