首先了解系统化藏象学说的形成，阐发藏象学说是中医理论体系中的地位。进而列举目前对藏象认识上的分歧，提出对藏象本质的各种分析和可能。通过探析藏象含义，特别是对“象”之含义反复探讨。文中从内经和其他古籍中搜集相关内容，尽量运用传统的思维方式分析和总结藏象的内涵，指出藏象只是象思维模式下的分支内容而已，是众多象思维体系下的最为重要的组成部分。系统化的藏象学说是借鉴西医的思维方式来诠释和演绎传统的产物。同时还介绍了藏象理论在临床实践中的应用。借助医道同源的历史背景，着重分析藏象理论在养生学上的重要意义。对比《黄庭内景经》《太平经》《黄帝内经》，阐述藏象理论在养生学上的核心地位。期待引进上清派养生修行的存思藏象的方法进行中医技能培训实践。

In the paper,the formation of zangxiang theory was understood systematically. It was ex-plained the role of zangxiang theory in the theoretic system of TCM. The differences in the current recognition of it were enumerated. The analysis and possibility were proposed on the nature of zangxiang. By explore the connation of zangxiang,the meaning of ″xiang″ was discussed specially. Based on the record in Neijing and other ancient literatures,using traditional thinking pattern,the connation of zangxiang was summarized. It was pointed out that zangxiang was the branch of thinking pattern of imagination and the most important part in this thinking system. The systematic zangxiang theory used the thinking pattern of western medicine to elabo-rate traditional production. In the paper,the clinical application of this theory was introduced. Based on the historic background of the interaction of medicine and Taoism,the importance of zangxiang was analyzed on healthcare. By comparing the records among Huang Ting Nei Jing Jing,Tai Ping Jing and Huang Di Nei Jing, the core role of zangxiang theory was explained on healthcare. It is expected that the cunsi technique for healthcare will be introduced in the practical training of TCM technique.
