目的:运用 Meta 分析方法系统分析、比较辛开苦降法与西医治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法收集建库至2015年3月发表的有关辛开苦降法与西医治疗胃食管反流症随机对照试验的文献,对纳入文献进行质量评价,利用 Revman5.3分析软件对疗效等进行 Meta 分析。结果研究共纳入11篇文献,包括1068例患者。分析结果显示,辛开苦降法对症状改善要明显优于西药治疗者;但经统计,内镜改善和不良反应的发生上无明显差异。结论辛开苦降法治疗胃食管反流病的症状改善优于西医治疗,两种疗法对内镜下黏膜改善及安全性相当。

목적:운용 Meta 분석방법계통분석、비교신개고강법여서의치료위식관반류병적림상효과。방법수집건고지2015년3월발표적유관신개고강법여서의치료위식관반류증수궤대조시험적문헌,대납입문헌진행질량평개,이용 Revman5.3분석연건대료효등진행 Meta 분석。결과연구공납입11편문헌,포괄1068례환자。분석결과현시,신개고강법대증상개선요명현우우서약치료자;단경통계,내경개선화불량반응적발생상무명현차이。결론신개고강법치료위식관반류병적증상개선우우서의치료,량충요법대내경하점막개선급안전성상당。
Objective Using Meta analytic method,to have systematic analysis and compare the clinical effect between xinkai kujiang therapy and western medicine in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GORD). Methods The literatures on randomized controlled trials( RCTs)for the treatments of GORD with xinkai kujiang therapies and western medicine were collected,published since the database estab-lishment till March 2015. The quality evaluation was done on the included literatures. Using Revman5. 3,Me-ta analysis was conducted on the efficacy. Results Eleven literatures were included,with 1068 patients in-volved. The results showed that xinkai kujiang therapy achieved the more obvious effect of relieving the symp-toms as compared with western medicine. By statistical analysis,the improvements in endoscopic conditions and adverse reactions were not different significantly between the two therapies. Conclusion Xinkai kujiang method achieves the better effect of relieving the symptoms of GORD as compared with western medicine. These two therapies have the equal improvements and safety on endoscopic mucus.
