目的：探讨神经轴突导向分子Netrin-1在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测60例肺腺癌手术标本癌旁及癌组织中Netrin-1的表达水平。结果60例肺腺癌组织中Netrin-1蛋白高表达率为：80%（48/60），癌旁肺组织中为16.7%（10/60），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），肺腺癌组织中无淋巴结转移组织中Netrin-1蛋白表达率为65.7%（23/35），有淋巴结转移组中为92%（23/25），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 Netrin-1蛋白在肺腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用，肺腺癌组织中高表达的Netrin-1蛋白与肿瘤淋巴结转移、预后有关。

목적：탐토신경축돌도향분자Netrin-1재폐선암조직중적표체급기여림상적관계。방법응용면역조직화학SP방법검측60례폐선암수술표본암방급암조직중Netrin-1적표체수평。결과60례폐선암조직중Netrin-1단백고표체솔위：80%（48/60），암방폐조직중위16.7%（10/60），조간비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），폐선암조직중무림파결전이조직중Netrin-1단백표체솔위65.7%（23/35），유림파결전이조중위92%（23/25），조간비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론 Netrin-1단백재폐선암적발생발전중기중요작용，폐선암조직중고표체적Netrin-1단백여종류림파결전이、예후유관。
Objective To investigate the expression of axon guidance molecule Netrin-1 in lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods By immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 60 cases of adenocarcinoma of lung cancer surgical specimens of adjacent to cancer and cancer tissue of netrin-1 expression levels.Results The expression rate of Netrin-1 protein in 60 cases of lung adenocarcinoma was: 80% (48/60), 16.7% (10/60), and the expression of Netrin-1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was 65.7% (23/ 35), 92% (23/25), and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Netrin-1 protein plays an important role in the development of lung adenocarcinoma, and the expression of Netrin-1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma is related to the metastasis and prognosis of tumor.
