目的：观察百乐眠胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤相关性抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例符合DSM-IV抑郁症诊断标准的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组口服舒肝解郁胶囊，治疗组口服百乐眠胶囊。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD，24项），在治疗前及治疗过程的第2、4、8周末进行评分，记录临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为92.5%，对照组为70.0%，治疗组中医症候疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者HAMD 量表评分均较治疗前下降，而治疗组下降更明显（P＜0.05）。两组未见明显不良反应。结论百乐眠胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤相关性抑郁症疗效显著，安全性高。
목적：관찰백악면효낭치료악성종류상관성억욱증적림상료효화안전성。방법장80례부합DSM-IV억욱증진단표준적악성종류환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각40례，대조조구복서간해욱효낭，치료조구복백악면효낭。관찰량조환자치료전후중의증후적분，채용한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD，24항），재치료전급치료과정적제2、4、8주말진행평분，기록림상료효급불량반응。결과치료조중의증후료효총유효솔위92.5%，대조조위70.0%，치료조중의증후료효우우대조조（P＜0.05）；량조환자HAMD 량표평분균교치료전하강，이치료조하강경명현（P＜0.05）。량조미견명현불량반응。결론백악면효낭치료악성종류상관성억욱증료효현저，안전성고。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Bailemian Capsulefor patients with cancer-related depression. Methods 80 cancer patientsmet the diagnosisDSM-IVstandard were randomized into the treatment group and control group with 40 in each. The control group was given ShuganjieyuCapsule and the treatment group was given Modiifed Bailemian Capsule on the control group. The patients. Hamilton Depression Scale( HAMD)was evaluated before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect and Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy was evaluated.Results Theeffective rate was92.5% in the treatment group and that was70.0% in the control group. There was a difference between the two groups in the Chinese medicine syn-drome efficacy (P<0.05). Total scores were decreasedin two groups, but the scores of treatment group decreased more obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion Bailemian Capsule orally is effective and safe forpatients with cancer-related Depression.
