目的:探究更昔洛韦对小儿传染性单核细胞增多症患者影响。方法选取我院小儿传染性单核细胞增多症患者103例,将其分为对照组与实验组。比较治疗前后CD4+、CD8+、TNF-a、IL-6和IL-8的含量变化情况。结果经治疗两组患者血清CD4+含量、CD4+/CD8+水平均升高、CD8+含量有所下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较,实验组血清CD4+及CD4+/CD8+水平较高,CD8+含量较低,P<0.05。TNF-a、IL-6和IL-8均降低,与对照组比较,实验组TNF-a、IL-6与IL-8水平较低,P<0.05。结论更昔洛韦可有效改善小儿传染性单核细胞增多症患者免疫机制,是治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症的有效药物。

목적:탐구경석락위대소인전염성단핵세포증다증환자영향。방법선취아원소인전염성단핵세포증다증환자103례,장기분위대조조여실험조。비교치료전후CD4+、CD8+、TNF-a、IL-6화IL-8적함량변화정황。결과경치료량조환자혈청CD4+함량、CD4+/CD8+수평균승고、CD8+함량유소하강(P<0.05),여대조조비교,실험조혈청CD4+급CD4+/CD8+수평교고,CD8+함량교저,P<0.05。TNF-a、IL-6화IL-8균강저,여대조조비교,실험조TNF-a、IL-6여IL-8수평교저,P<0.05。결론경석락위가유효개선소인전염성단핵세포증다증환자면역궤제,시치료소인전염성단핵세포증다증적유효약물。
Objective To investigate the effect on the immune mechanism by Ganciclovir in pediatric infectious diseases of the single nuclear cells patients.Methods 103 pediatric infectious diseases of the single nuclear cells patients from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group. The CD4+, CD8+, TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-8 level were tested and compared after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ level were higher, the CD8+ level were lower, P<0.05 .Compared with the control group,the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ level were higher, the CD8+ level were lower,P<0.05.TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-8 were lower after treatment. Compared with control group, the level of TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-8 in experimental group were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion More past Luoweike effective improvement in children with infectious immune mechanism in patients with disease of grow in quantity of mononuclear cells, is an effective drug in the treatment of children with infectious monocyte histiocytosis.
