Constant development in economy in our country, the society is changing, the traditional hospital management system already can not adapt to the needs of the development of modern society, as a form of hospital managers must identify, change the idea of management, by using the theory of the new military medical team, makes the hospital realize leap-forward development. So-called permanence follows, the same is dead, so the hospital on management to cultivate the students' creative thinking ability should be constantly changing, according to the practical sit-uation to improve its service ability.
