目的:探析人性化管理在儿童医院耳鼻喉科护理管理中的运用效果。方法选择2013年5月—2015年5月期间该院收治的耳鼻喉科患儿160例为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用人性化护理,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的住院时间和住院费用明显低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患儿的疼痛情况改善明显,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的患者满意度较高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上将人性化管理运用在儿童医院耳鼻喉科护理管理中,一方面可以缓解患儿的疼痛感,建立良好的护患关系,另一方面还能缩短住院时间,减轻患者的经济负担,具有一定的推广和运用价值。

Objective To explore the humanized management in the management of children's hospital otolaryngology nurs-ing use effect. Methods May 2013 to May 2013 children, 160 cases of our hospital during the period of otolaryngology as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, which give control group routine care, while the observation group using humanized nursing, clinical nursing effect of two groups were analyzed. Results The length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05);Compared with control group, the observation group with obvious improvement of pain is, comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the comparison between observation group of patients satisfaction degree is higher, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical general humanized management using in the children's hospital otolaryngology nursing management, on the one hand, can alleviate the pain of patients, establish a good relationship between nurses and patients, on the other hand also can shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the economic burden of patients, has certain promotion and use value.
