民国时期，为落实孙中山先生关于民族平等、国家统一的治国方略，政府致力于建设边疆，发展边疆教育，先后采取一系列措施开展教师教育工作，初步建立了适应当地需求的教师教育体系，努力提高边疆教师待遇，培养和培训了大批边疆教师。这在教师教育史上具有开创性意义，对今天我们深入推进此项工作也有重要的现实意义。
民國時期，為落實孫中山先生關于民族平等、國傢統一的治國方略，政府緻力于建設邊疆，髮展邊疆教育，先後採取一繫列措施開展教師教育工作，初步建立瞭適應噹地需求的教師教育體繫，努力提高邊疆教師待遇，培養和培訓瞭大批邊疆教師。這在教師教育史上具有開創性意義，對今天我們深入推進此項工作也有重要的現實意義。
민국시기，위락실손중산선생관우민족평등、국가통일적치국방략，정부치력우건설변강，발전변강교육，선후채취일계렬조시개전교사교육공작，초보건립료괄응당지수구적교사교육체계，노력제고변강교사대우，배양화배훈료대비변강교사。저재교사교육사상구유개창성의의，대금천아문심입추진차항공작야유중요적현실의의。
During the period of the Republic of China,the government focused on the construction and development of the education in the ethnic minority areas for the purpose of fulfilling Mr.Sun Yat-sen’s policy of ethnic equality and national unity,and adopted a series of measures to carry out the program of teacher education.As a result,an early system of teacher education suitable to the lo-cal situation was established,which trained a number of teachers for the borderland of China and helped improve their teaching and living conditions.This program has some pioneering significance in the history of teacher education in China and much realistic significance to the promotion of the rele-vant work today.
