目的:探讨网络教学平台在专科护士准入护理培训中的应用效果。方法将该院2015年进行专科护士准入护理培训的174名护士随机分为对照组(n=87)和观察组(n=87),对照组采用传统培训模式,观察组利用网络教学平台模式进行培训,对照分析2组护理人员的培训效果。结果观察组护理人员的基础理论、护理实践技能操作总分为(86.62±1.86)分和(92.45±1.51)分,均显著高于对照组的(73.59±2.53)分和(75.97±2.43)分(P<0.05)。观察组SRSSDL量表中学习意识、学习策略、学习行为、学习评价4个维度评分分别为(45.24±2.86)分、(44.95±2.47)分、(43.37±2.15)分和(44.79±2.28)分,均明显高于对照的(40.09±3.48)分、(39.41±2.52)分、(39.58±2.39)分和(41.35±2.46)分(P<0.05)。结论利用网络教学平台进行专科护士准入护理培训,效果明显优于传统培训模式,为专科护士准入培训及管理提供了一种可参考的培训模式。

Objective To study the application effect of internet teaching platform on certification training for specialist nurses. Methods 174 nurses who need training on certification training for specialist nurses of our hospita in 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n=87) and observation group (n=87),the control group was given traditional training model, the observation group was given training by internet teaching platform model,compared with the training effect between the control group and the observation group. Results The score on nursing theory and operational capability in the observa-tion group were (86.62±1.86) and (92.45±1.51),those were significant higher than (73.59±2.53)and (75.97±2.43) in the control group (P<0.05). The score on learning Consciousness, learning strategies, learning behavior and learning evaluation in the observation group were (45.24±2.86),(44.95±2.47),(43.37±2.15)and (44.79±2.28),those were significant higher than(40.09±3.48),(39.41±2.52),(39.58±2.39)and (41.35±2.46)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of internet teaching platform on certification training for specialist nurses is superior to the traditional training mode, to provides a referable training mode for certification training for specialist nurses.
