目的:文章以《国家级名老中医糖尿病验案良方》为线索,探索治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病中药复方的用药规律。方法利用 SQL SERVER2008 R2建立相应数据库,采用关联规则和聚类分析对复方进行数据挖掘,并对主要中药、药对(组)的规律进行探讨。结果在治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的54首中药复方中,涉及104味中药,使用频次为607次;关联规则分析按照最低置信度40%,重要性0.4得到关联规则1143项;聚类分析按照性味、归经、功效进行 EM 算法分析,共分为10类。结论应用数据挖掘方法探索治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病中药复方用药规律具有一定的意义。

Objective To explore the compatibility law of herbal formulas in treatment of diabetes of qi and yin deficiency in reference to Effective Prescription of National Distinguished Veteran TCM Doctors for Diabetes. Methods SQL SERVER 2008 was used to set up the database. The association rule and clustering analysis were adopted for the data mining of compound formulas and exploring the law of main Chinese herbs and herb pair(group). Results Of 54 formulas for diabetes of qi and yin deficiency,104 Chinese herbs were involved and used 607 times in frequency. Based on 40% of minimum confidence and 0. 4 of importance, 1143 association rules were obtained. In the clustering analysis,in terms of property,flavor,meridian tropism and action,EM algorithm analysis was used and 10 categories were classified. Conclusion It is significant to use data mining to explore the law of Chinese herbal compound formulas for diabetes of qi and yin deficiency.
