通过实验研究尝试把积极心理学理念融入大学生生命教育中,构建积极生命教育的体验教学模式,并对教育效果进行追踪实验,以探讨该教育模式对大学生幸福感的影响,为有效开展高校生命教育提供参考。实验结果发现,积极生命教育课程体系对大学生幸福感的提升具有显著性效果。通过课程的学习,大学生进一步思考和澄清了生命的价值,因而能积极乐观地面对生活中的困难,关照自己的情绪,甚至在实验结束后的几个月里自己的生活仍受到持续的影响。

통과실험연구상시파적겁심이학이념융입대학생생명교육중,구건적겁생명교육적체험교학모식,병대교육효과진행추종실험,이탐토해교육모식대대학생행복감적영향,위유효개전고교생명교육제공삼고。실험결과발현,적겁생명교육과정체계대대학생행복감적제승구유현저성효과。통과과정적학습,대학생진일보사고화징청료생명적개치,인이능적겁악관지면대생활중적곤난,관조자기적정서,심지재실험결속후적궤개월리자기적생활잉수도지속적영향。
Through the experimental study,we try to integrate the concept of positive psychology in college students'life education, construct the positive life education experience teaching mode, and make tracking experi-ment for the effect of the education to investigate the impact of the education mode on university students'happiness index, and provide the reference to carry out life education effectively in colleges and universities.The experimental results show that positive life education curriculum system has a significant effect on the promotion of college students'happiness.Through the study of the course, college students can clarify and think about the value of life for a new stage, therefore they can be positive and optimistic to face the difficulties in life,take more care of their own emotion, and feel the lasting effect on his own life even several months after the experiment.
