目的：比较小切口甲状腺切除术与传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的疗效。方法将我院2012年10月～2015年10月收治的103例甲状腺结节患者分为2组，研究组52例给予小切口甲状腺切除术治疗，对照组51例给予传统甲状腺切除术治疗。结果研究组手术时间[（38.96±2.57）min]、术中出血量[（41.84±3.17）ml]、切口长度[（4.58±0.59）cm]、住院时间[（5.66±1.64）d]少于对照组[（66.73±3.57） min、（77.36±4.85）ml、（6.87±0.82）cm、（8.33±2.81）d]，两组术后并发症发生率分别为7.69%、29.41%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的疗效高于传统甲状腺切除术。

목적：비교소절구갑상선절제술여전통갑상선절제술치료갑상선결절적료효。방법장아원2012년10월～2015년10월수치적103례갑상선결절환자분위2조，연구조52례급여소절구갑상선절제술치료，대조조51례급여전통갑상선절제술치료。결과연구조수술시간[（38.96±2.57）min]、술중출혈량[（41.84±3.17）ml]、절구장도[（4.58±0.59）cm]、주원시간[（5.66±1.64）d]소우대조조[（66.73±3.57） min、（77.36±4.85）ml、（6.87±0.82）cm、（8.33±2.81）d]，량조술후병발증발생솔분별위7.69%、29.41%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론소절구갑상선절제술치료갑상선결절적료효고우전통갑상선절제술。
Objective To compare the curative effect of small incision thyroidectomy and traditional thyroidectomy for thyroid nodules.Methods In our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015, 103 patients with thyroid nodules were divided into 2 groups study group 52 cases treated by small incision thyroidectomy, and the control group (51 cases) received conventional thyroidectomy.ResultsThe operative time of study group (38.96±2.57) min ,bleeding volune (41.84±3.17) ml, incision length [(4.58±0.59) cm], length of hospital stay (5.66±1.64) d, better than control group (66.73±3.57) min, (77.36±4.85) ml, (6.87±0.82) cm, (8.33±2.81) d], incidence of complications were 7.69%, 29.41%, respectively, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe curative effect of small incision thyroidectomy for thyroid nodules than traditional thyroidectomy.
