目的：通过在沐川县人民医院体检科吧台工作管理实践，分析该院健康体检科吧台管理存在的问题，提出降低体检风险的对策。方法采取学习上级体检机构的先进管理经验，对涉及吧台工作的员工进行培训和考核。结果转变传统服务观念，提高了体检科体检工作质量、改善了吧台员工的服务态度，员工的综合素养有效达到提升。结论吧台工作的管理是体检科的重要组成部分，是体检门面，它的优劣直接影响体检质量。

Objective To passing in muchuan county people's hospital medical section bar work management practice, anal-ysis of our hospital physical examination management problems existing in the bar, put forward the countermeasures of re-ducing the risk of physical examination. Methods To adopt advanced management experiences of the higher medical institu-tions, involving the bar staff training and assessment of the work. Results Change traditional service concept, improve the quality of a medical family physical examination work, improved the service attitude of the bar staff, employees' compre-hensive quality effectively achieve ascension. Conclusion The bar work management is an important part of the medical de-partment, is the physical appearance, its quality directly affects the quality of physical examination.
