目的：观测健胃止痛合剂对急性胃炎的治疗作用。方法分组：采用随机数字表法将60只大鼠分为对照组、模型组、三九胃泰颗粒组、健胃止痛合剂高剂量组、健胃止痛合剂中剂量组、健胃止痛合剂低剂量组6个实验组，每组10只。采用灌胃造膜的方法复制急性胃炎鼠模型，检测用健胃止痛合剂、三九胃泰颗粒治疗急性胃炎黏膜细胞一氧化氮（NO），白细胞介素-1（IL -1）含量的表达观察其疗效。结果健胃止痛合剂组急性胃炎鼠模型胃黏膜细胞 NO、IL -1的表达都有不同程度的改善，健胃止痛合剂高剂量组、健胃止痛合剂中剂量组与模型组比较，差异均有统计学意义（ P <0.05，P <0.01）。结论健胃止痛合剂对急性胃炎鼠模型胃黏膜细胞有治疗作用。

목적：관측건위지통합제대급성위염적치료작용。방법분조：채용수궤수자표법장60지대서분위대조조、모형조、삼구위태과립조、건위지통합제고제량조、건위지통합제중제량조、건위지통합제저제량조6개실험조，매조10지。채용관위조막적방법복제급성위염서모형，검측용건위지통합제、삼구위태과립치료급성위염점막세포일양화담（NO），백세포개소-1（IL -1）함량적표체관찰기료효。결과건위지통합제조급성위염서모형위점막세포 NO、IL -1적표체도유불동정도적개선，건위지통합제고제량조、건위지통합제중제량조여모형조비교，차이균유통계학의의（ P <0.05，P <0.01）。결론건위지통합제대급성위염서모형위점막세포유치료작용。
Objective To investigate Jianwei Zhitong mixture for treatment of rats with acute gastri-tis(AG)and its mechanism. Methods Sixty Sprague - Dawley(SD)rats were divided into control,model, 999 Weitai and Jianwei Zhitong mixture of high - ,medium - and low - dose groups by random number table method(each,n = 10). Except for control group,the other Rats received gastric perfusion of the mixture of 2% aspirin and 0. 6N hydrochloric acid. The gastric tissue nitric oxide(NO),Interleukin - 1(IL - 1)were detected. Results Jianwei Zhitong mixture could evidently improve each index of AG rats. Jianwei Zhitong mixture of high - dose and medium - dose groups were superior to the model group in terms of the gastric tis-sue NO and IL - 1,with significant differences(P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion Jianwei Zhitong mixture plays a protective role on gastric mucosa of rats with AG.
