设计了一种智能型电磁搅拌电源的控制系统,基于 LPC2368和 SA4828的组合,突破了纯硬件和纯软件设计的瓶颈。 ARM 主控制器完成通信、显示、PI 计算等事务性功能, SA4828在 ARM的驱动信号下发出6路幅值、频率可调的 SPWM 波,实现了高精度配置灵活的三相变频电源。采用数字增量式PI 控制策略,快速消除外界扰动对输出的影响。采用模块化的程序设计,便于根据工况加入新的模块,同时系统注重可靠性设计,适用于工业现场。

An intelligent control system for electromagnetic stirring power supply is designed. Based on LPC2368 and SA4828 , the system broke the bottlenecks of the pure hardware and pure software design. ARM master controller completes communication , display, PI calculation and other transactional functions, and SA4828 generates six SPWM waves whose amplitudes and frequencies can be adjusted under the the driving signal of ARM. Based on this, the three-phase inverter with high accuracy is achieved. The effect of external disturbance on the output is quickly eliminated by using the digital incremental PI control strategy. Using the modular programming, it can be easily to join the new module according to the working conditions. At the same time, the system pays attention to the reliability design and is suitable for the industrial scene.
