目的：调查分析基层医疗机构常用中药验方的使用现状，为合理配置医疗卫生资源、提高中医药在基层使用率和服务水平、充分发挥中医药在基层卫生工作中的优势和作用提供理论依据。方法采用药物流行病学整群调查的研究方法，统一填报调查表收集相关信息，搜集河南省基层常用中药方剂，对其进行分类，并分析中药验方的使用频度以及开方人员的结构。结果收集到的中药验方相对分散，483个中药验方中有76个开具频度在3次以上，约占总频度的57%，约占中药验方数量的16%；排名前十的中药验方分别为补阳还五汤、小柴胡汤、逍遥散、麻杏石甘汤、天麻钩藤饮、血府逐瘀汤、归脾汤、柴胡疏肝散、六味地黄丸、银翘散、龙胆泻肝汤；中药验方开方人员职称结构相对较低。结论基层医疗机构中药验方使用相对分散，但中药验方的使用能力存在局限性，需进一步提高基层医疗机构使用中药验方的能力。
목적：조사분석기층의료궤구상용중약험방적사용현상，위합리배치의료위생자원、제고중의약재기층사용솔화복무수평、충분발휘중의약재기층위생공작중적우세화작용제공이론의거。방법채용약물류행병학정군조사적연구방법，통일전보조사표수집상관신식，수집하남성기층상용중약방제，대기진행분류，병분석중약험방적사용빈도이급개방인원적결구。결과수집도적중약험방상대분산，483개중약험방중유76개개구빈도재3차이상，약점총빈도적57%，약점중약험방수량적16%；배명전십적중약험방분별위보양환오탕、소시호탕、소요산、마행석감탕、천마구등음、혈부축어탕、귀비탕、시호소간산、륙미지황환、은교산、룡담사간탕；중약험방개방인원직칭결구상대교저。결론기층의료궤구중약험방사용상대분산，단중약험방적사용능력존재국한성，수진일보제고기층의료궤구사용중약험방적능력。
