军训师资是影响军训质量的关键要素。近年来高校军训师资存在组织机构协调能力不足、部队派遣教官质与量不能保障、军事教师在军训中作用发挥不明显、辅导员思想政治教育及管理工作跟不上等一些问题。本文针对以上问题提出改进高校军训师资问题的对策。
