采用角蛋白酶和蛋白酶一浴法处理羊毛,通过减量率、强力、染色性能等指标考察2种酶协同作用对羊毛减量率以及其他性能的影响.试验结果表明:与未处理样以及单独酶处理样相比,经角蛋白酶和蛋白酶一浴法处理后的羊毛纤维减量率较大,上染速率提高,但强力下降,染色K/S值降低.

Keratinase and protease were used in one bath to treat wool fiber, and the synergistic effects of those two enzymes on weight loss and other properties of wool were studied according to weight loss, strength, and dyeing propertie. Experimental results showed that the wool fiber treated with keratinase and protease presented bigger weight loss, higher dye uptake, weaker strength and lowerK/S value in comparison with untreated sample or sample only treated by one enzyme.
