目的：对比分析多层螺旋CT检查与DR平片检查在诊断外伤性肋骨骨折方面的临床价值。方法将我院2014年2月至2015年2月收治的135例外伤性肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象，对其分别进行多层螺旋CT检查与DR平片检查，然后对比分析其进行两种检查的结果。结果与进行DR平片检查相比，本组患者在进行多层螺旋CT检查时其肋骨骨折的检出率较高，其病情的漏诊率较低，差异显著(P＜0.05)，有统计学意义。与进行DR平片检查相比，本组患者在进行多层螺旋CT检查时其胸腔积液及气胸的检出率较高，差异显著(P＜0.05)，有统计学意义。结论与进行DR平片检查相比，对外伤性肋骨骨折患者进行多层螺旋CT检查的检出率较高，漏诊率较低，此法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective: To explore the use of multi-slice spiral CT and DR diagnosis of traumatic rib fractures compared to the situation. Methods: 135 cases of fracture patients in our hospital February 2014 to February 2015 admitted to the trauma ribs. All trauma rib fractures were first given DR-board diagnostics, and then give a multilayer spiral CT, contrast detection rate of two diagnostic methods, the rate of misdiagnosis cases. Results: Rib fractures in all patients for a total of 354, CT diagnosis of 98.02% detection rate (347/354), misdiagnosis rate 1.98% (7/354); DR sheet detection rate of 63.84% (226/354), the rate of misdiagnosis 36.16% (128/354). The detection rate and the rate of misdiagnosis of two diagnostic methods was statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: Spiral CT compared to DR sheet for trauma rib fractures higher detection rate and the lack of diagnosis can DR sheet, worthy of promotion.
