目的：分析针灸、按摩与运动综合治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法将120例患儿分为两组各60例，对照组经运动疗法，观察组在此基础上联合针灸、按摩。结果观察组治疗总有效率100%较对照组78.3%高，治疗后日常生活能力高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对脑瘫患儿采取针灸、按摩与运动综合治疗，效果显著。

목적：분석침구、안마여운동종합치료소인뇌탄적료효。방법장120례환인분위량조각60례，대조조경운동요법，관찰조재차기출상연합침구、안마。결과관찰조치료총유효솔100%교대조조78.3%고，치료후일상생활능력고우대조조，P＜0.05。결론대뇌탄환인채취침구、안마여운동종합치료，효과현저。
Objective To analyze acupuncture, massage and exercise comprehensive treatment of children with cerebral palsy patients.Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups of 60 patients in the control group after physical therapy, joint observation group acupuncture, massage on this basis.Results The total effective rate 100% higher than the control group 78.3%, higher than that of daily living after treatment,P<0.05. Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy take acupuncture, massage and exercise combined treatment, the effect is signiifcant.
