目的:调查分析本科护生心理压力水平及心理弹性的状况及二者之间的相关性。方法采用大学生压力问卷、Connor-Davidson心理弹性问卷( CD-RISC)对754名本科护生进行调查。结果大学生压力平均值为(66.8±39)分,条目均分为(0.98±0.57)分,主要压力源得分从高到低排列前三位依次是:学习压力、前程压力、自主与独立压力,男生压力得分大于女生(P<0.05);心理弹性平均值为(34.35±15.6)分,明显低于国内常模(P<0.05),女生平均得分大于男生,一年级学生得分较高(P<0.05);压力得分与心理弹性得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论学习压力是本科护生的主要压力源,护生的心理弹性力较弱,教育者应有针对性采取措施提高其心理弹性能力,有助于减轻其心理压力。

Objective To investigate and analyze the state and the correlation of stress and resilience in nursing undergraduate students. Methods A total of 754 nursing students were assessed using the College Student Stress Questionnaire and Chinese Version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) . Results The mean score of stressor was (66. 8 ± 39) , and the mean score of items was (0. 98±0. 57), male students had higher scores of stress, and the top three scores of stress were as following: study stress, career stress and independent stress. The mean scores of resilience (34. 35 ± 15. 6) was significantly lower than the norm in China, the scores were significantly different between gender and among different classes (P<0. 05) . The scores of stress had negatively correlation with scores of resilience. Conclusions Study stress is the most important factors for nursing students. The nursing students' resilience are very weak. It is suggested to take effective measures to improve the level of resilience for nursing students, which will contribute to the mental health of nursing students and relieve their stress.
