提出一种新型结构网状簧片阀,这种气阀采用网状簧片,因而兼具网状阀与簧片阀特性。采用板振动力学模型模拟气阀运动规律,结合弹性力学和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件分析阀片工作过程应力。分析结果表明:网状簧片阀在各工作转速下均具有较好的经济性与可靠性,能适应大中型往复压缩机的变转速工况。

A new type of plate-reed valve is presented in this paper. Because of the plate reed, the valve has characteristics of both the plate valve and the reed valve. Motion regularity of the valve is simulated by the plate vibration mechanics model, and the stress-es in the working process of the plate reed are analyzed by elastic mechanics and ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results represent that e-conomy and reliability of the valve are good with each working speed. The plate-reed valve is quite suitable for the large and medi-um type compressor under speed-varying conditions.
