目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高老年患者静脉穿刺成功率中的作用。方法成立品管圈，运用PDCA循环方法，确立“提高老年患者静脉穿刺成功率”为活动主题，进行现状把握，设定目标，分析原因及制定对策。结果实施品管圈活动进行质量改进以后，切实降低了老年患者静脉穿刺重穿率，从改善前的11.1%下降至改善后的6.3%，完成了目标设定值。结论采用品管圈方法对老年住院患者静脉穿刺质量进行改进，有利于提高一次穿刺成功率。
목적：탐토품관권활동재제고노년환자정맥천자성공솔중적작용。방법성립품관권，운용PDCA순배방법，학립“제고노년환자정맥천자성공솔”위활동주제，진행현상파악，설정목표，분석원인급제정대책。결과실시품관권활동진행질량개진이후，절실강저료노년환자정맥천자중천솔，종개선전적11.1%하강지개선후적6.3%，완성료목표설정치。결론채용품관권방법대노년주원환자정맥천자질량진행개진，유리우제고일차천자성공솔。
Objective To explore the effect of QCC in improving the success rate of veinpuncture for the eld-erly patients. Methods The theme of the activity was " improve the success rate of veinpuncture of the elderly pa-tients" . The PDCA method was used to hold current situation, set goals, analyze the reasons and make countermeas-ures after the establishment of QCC. Results After the implementation of QCC activities for quality improvement, the failure rate of venipuncture for the elderly patients were decreased from 11. 1% to 6. 3% and the goals were accom-plished. Conclusions It is benifical to the success rate of veinpuncture by adopting the method of QCC.
