目的：探讨中药热奄包在产后的作用。方法选择2013年7~12月我院收治的剖宫产术及顺产后200例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例，治疗组采用热奄包对产妇进行护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较产妇产后身体舒适度和康复进度。结果治疗组比对照组产后舒适度和康复进度好，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后舒适度和康复进展有明显相关性。根据产后循证护理，合理使用热奄包可提高产妇舒适度，促进产后康复。
목적：탐토중약열엄포재산후적작용。방법선택2013년7~12월아원수치적부궁산술급순산후200례，수궤분위치료조화대조조각100례，치료조채용열엄포대산부진행호리，대조조채용상규호리。비교산부산후신체서괄도화강복진도。결과치료조비대조조산후서괄도화강복진도호，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론산후서괄도화강복진전유명현상관성。근거산후순증호리，합리사용열엄포가제고산부서괄도，촉진산후강복。
Objective To explore the function of Chinese foment package in postpartum period. Methods A total of 200 cases of puerpera who were accepted cesarean section and normal labor from July 2013 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and randomly devided into treatment group and control group, with 100 cases each group. The treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine foment package and the control group was given traditional nursing. The physical comfort and healing process of treatment group were compared. Results The physical comfort and healing process of treatment group were better than those of control group, the differences had statistical significance ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions There is significant correlation between the physical comfort and healing process. According to evidence-based nursing of postpartum, the rational use of Chinese medicine foment package can improve puerperas’ comfort and promote postpartum rehabilitation.
