目的:分析儿童幽门螺杆菌感染应用三联疗法的疗效。方法择取我院从2013年12月~2015年6月接收入院的幽门螺杆菌感染患儿,共计86例。以随机分组法为依据,将86例患儿分成观察组与对照组,各组均43例。其中,观察组选取三联疗法,对照组选取序贯疗法。观察两组疗效,对比幽门螺杆菌的清除率。结果观察组的总有效率以及幽门螺杆菌的清除率,依次为95.35%、93.02%,对照组为81.4%、76.74%。观察组高于对照组。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将三联疗法作为儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的主要治疗手段,利于幽门螺杆菌的快速清除。

목적:분석인동유문라간균감염응용삼련요법적료효。방법택취아원종2013년12월~2015년6월접수입원적유문라간균감염환인,공계86례。이수궤분조법위의거,장86례환인분성관찰조여대조조,각조균43례。기중,관찰조선취삼련요법,대조조선취서관요법。관찰량조료효,대비유문라간균적청제솔。결과관찰조적총유효솔이급유문라간균적청제솔,의차위95.35%、93.02%,대조조위81.4%、76.74%。관찰조고우대조조。량조대비,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론장삼련요법작위인동유문라간균감염적주요치료수단,리우유문라간균적쾌속청제。
Objective To analysis the curative effect of triple therapy of helicobacter pylori infection in children with application.Methods In December 2013 to June 2015, receiving of helicobacter pylori infection in hospitalized children, a total of 86 cases. Based on random grouping method, will be divided into observation group and control group 86 cases, groups of 43 cases. Select triple therapy among them, the observation group, control group selected sequential therapy. Observe two groups of curative effect, contrast clearance rate of helicobacter pylori.Results The total effective rate of observing group and the clearance rate of helicobacter pylori, followed by 95.35%, 93.02%, the control group was 81.4%, 76.74%. Observation group is signiifcantly higher than the control group. Compared the two groups, the difference statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The triple therapy as the main treatment of helicobacter pylori infection in children, to facilitate rapid removal of helicobacter pylori, curative effect is good.
