目的：探究丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院在2013年1月～2015年7月收治的120例血管性痴呆患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，在常规治疗的基础上，给予对照组单纯多奈哌齐治疗，给予观察组丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗，比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组总有效率达86.7%，相比对照组的68.3%提高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者ALD与MMSE评分相比治疗前均有改善，且治疗后观察组患者ALD与MMSE评分相比对照组均更优，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆临床效果显著，可有效改善患者生活能力和认知功能，安全性较高。
목적：탐구정분태연효낭연합다내고제치료혈관성치태적림상료효급안전성。방법선취아원재2013년1월～2015년7월수치적120례혈관성치태환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，재상규치료적기출상，급여대조조단순다내고제치료，급여관찰조정분태연효낭연합다내고제치료，비교량조림상료효급안전성。결과관찰조총유효솔체86.7%，상비대조조적68.3%제고，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료후량조환자ALD여MMSE평분상비치료전균유개선，차치료후관찰조환자ALD여MMSE평분상비대조조균경우，차이구유현저성（P＜0.05）；량조환자균미출현엄중불량반응。결론정분태연효낭연합다내고제치료혈관성치태림상효과현저，가유효개선환자생활능력화인지공능，안전성교고。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with donepezil in treatment of vascular dementia.MethodsIn our hospital during the period of January 2013 to July 2015, 120 cases of vascular dementia patients, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, on the basis of routine treatment, giving patients in control group were treated with donepezil treatment, given to the observation group of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with donepezil Qi treatment, compared two groups of clinical efficacy and safety.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 68.3%, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The MMSE and ALD scores of the two groups were signiifcantly improved compared with the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05), and the two groups were significant (MMSE). ConclusionButylphthalide soft capsules combined with donepezil in the treatment of vascular dementia clinical effect signiifcantly, can effectively improve the patients life ability and cognitive function, high security.
