现代汉语完全重叠式颜色词总共有五种结构形式“AA式、ABB式、AAB式、AABB式和ABAB式”；以AB重叠起来是否成词为标准，五种结构形式由不同的重叠方式构成；重叠材料A和B两语素之间具有同义或近义、比喻修饰义和独立表义等关系；完全重叠式颜色词的词义与重叠材料A和B两语素或复合词AB在语义上具有明显的相关性。

The paper investigates modern Chinese thorough-overlapping color words' structural features by analyzing their structural forms and overlapping methods and their semantic features by researching the relationships of morphemes' and words' meaning. Thoroughly-overlapping color words consist of five kinds of structural forms:AA type, ABB type, AAB type, AABB type and ABAB style, which are constituted by different overlapping ways by judging whether AB is a word. Morpheme A and B have many relations, like synonyms or near-synonyms, metaphors modified meaning and independently expressing meaning. The meanings of thorough-overlapping color words are obviously related to morphemes A and B or compound words AB.
