采用SAC-Ⅲ+G太阳能光伏电池实验(探究型)系统研究了太阳能光伏电池的3个基本特性:光照特性、温度特性及光谱响应特性.其中,光强特性选取600-1 200 W/m2区间,得出单晶硅光伏电池不同光强下的伏安特性变化曲线.温度特性实验选取-10℃到35℃区间,得出不同温度对光伏电池开路电压、 短路电流及转换率的影响.光谱响应实验选取395 nm,490 nm,570 nm,665 nm,760 nm,865 nm,950 nm,1 035 nm等8组波长,得出单晶硅光伏电池最佳光谱响应波长为900 nm左右.

Three basic characteristics,namely light characteristics,temperature characteristics and spectral response characteristics of solar photovoltaic cells are studied by SAC-Ⅲ+G solar photovoltaic cell experiment (Investigation Type).Therein the characteristic of the light intensity is selected from 600 W/m2 to 1 200 W/m2,and the change curve of the volt ampere characteristic under different light intensity is obtained.The temperature characteristics experiments select from -10 ℃ to 35 ℃,the effect of different temperature on the open circuit voltage,short circuit current and conversion rate are obtained.Spectral response experiments select 395 nm,490 nm, 570 nm,665 nm,760 nm,865 nm,950 nm,1 035 nm 8 group,the best spectral response wavelength of monocrystalline photovoltaic cells is about 900 nm.
