研究了用针铁矿法从硫酸锌浸出液中除氟,考察了温度、pH 、中和剂加入量对除氟效果的影响。试验结果表明,在温度为90℃、pH 为4.5、中和剂氧化钙加入量为15 g/L 条件下,氟质量浓度降至32.1 mg/L ,满足生产要求。

연구료용침철광법종류산자침출액중제불,고찰료온도、pH 、중화제가입량대제불효과적영향。시험결과표명,재온도위90℃、pH 위4.5、중화제양화개가입량위15 g/L 조건하,불질량농도강지32.1 mg/L ,만족생산요구。
Removal of fluoride by goethite process from the leaching solution in zinc hydrometallurgy was studied .The effects of different conditions such as temperature ,solution pH and neutralizer usage on removal of fluoride were examined .The results show that the fluorine concentration can be reduced to 32 .10 mg/L under the conditions of temperature of 90 ℃ ,pH of 4 .5 ,and neutralization agent usage of 15 g/L .The purified solution can meets production requirements .
