目的：观察电针膀胱俞联合抗生素治疗绝经后妇女慢性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法：收集2013年1月至2015年6月中心门诊及住院绝经后慢性尿路感染患者80例，分为治疗组和对照组各40例，两组均每天1次口服左氧氟沙星胶囊0.5 g，治疗组加用膀胱俞电针治疗，每周3次，每次30 min，疗程为2周。治疗结束后比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果：治疗组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为91.89%和67.64%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后中医证候积分值均有下降，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01）。治疗前后两组中医证候积分差值比较，治疗组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：电针膀胱俞治疗绝经后妇女慢性尿路感染疗效确切，有利于症状改善。

목적：관찰전침방광유연합항생소치료절경후부녀만성뇨로감염적림상료효。방법：수집2013년1월지2015년6월중심문진급주원절경후만성뇨로감염환자80례，분위치료조화대조조각40례，량조균매천1차구복좌양불사성효낭0.5 g，치료조가용방광유전침치료，매주3차，매차30 min，료정위2주。치료결속후비교량조치료전후적림상료효급중의증후적분。결과：치료조화대조조적치료유효솔분별위91.89%화67.64%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；량조치료후중의증후적분치균유하강，여치료전비교차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.01）。치료전후량조중의증후적분차치비교，치료조고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：전침방광유치료절경후부녀만성뇨로감염료효학절，유리우증상개선。
Objective: To observe the clinical efifcacy of the electro acupuncture at bladder Yu combined with the antibiotics in the treatment of the chronic urinary tract infection of the postmenopausal women.Methods:In the outpatient clinic and the inpatient department of the center, 80 cases of the postmenopausal women with the chronic urinary tract infection were collected from Jan. 2013 to June 2015 and divided into a treatment group and a control one with 40 cases each. Both groups were given levolfoxacin capsules 0.5 g orally once a day. The treatment group was additionally treated with the electro acupuncture at bladder Yu, three times a week, 30 minutes each time, for two weeks. After the treatment, the clinical efifcacy and integral scores of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rates were 91.89% in the treatment group and 67.64% in the control one. The difference had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the differences compared before and after the treatment had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.01). Comparion of the improvement of TCM syndrome integral before and after the treatment showed that it was much better in the treatment group than in the control one (P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of the chronic urinary tract infection of the postmenopausal women with the electro acupuncture at bladder Yu is effective, and beneifcial to the improvement of the symptoms.
