目的：探究曲妥珠单抗联合奥沙利铂及替吉奥（SOX方案）治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法将50例晚期胃癌患者分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组单用SOX方案化疗，观察组采用曲妥珠单抗联合SOX方案治疗。结果观察组客观有效率为、疾病控制率优于对照组（P＜0.05)，两组不良反应发生率无显著差异（P＞0.05)。结论曲妥珠单抗联合SOX方案治疗晚期胃癌具有良好疗效。
목적：탐구곡타주단항연합오사리박급체길오（SOX방안）치료만기위암적림상효과。방법장50례만기위암환자분위대조조화관찰조，매조25례。대조조단용SOX방안화료，관찰조채용곡타주단항연합SOX방안치료。결과관찰조객관유효솔위、질병공제솔우우대조조（P＜0.05)，량조불량반응발생솔무현저차이（P＞0.05)。결론곡타주단항연합SOX방안치료만기위암구유량호료효。
Objective To explore clinical effect by trastuzumab joint and SOX for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods50 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group. Control group use the SOX scheme chemotherapy, observation group adopted by trastuzumab to joint the SOX scheme for treatment.ResultsObjective effective rate of observation group, disease control rates signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionCurative effect of trastuzumab to joint the SOX regimen for advanced gastric cancer is good.
