介绍了用纯碱沉淀转化法从草酸钴废料中回收钴,考察了影响钴回收率的因素。试验结果表明:在反应温度80℃、初始投料液固体积质量比8∶1、纯碱与草酸钴废料物质的量比1.2∶1、反应时间2 h 条件下,钴浸出率达91.57%,浸出效果较好。
介紹瞭用純堿沉澱轉化法從草痠鈷廢料中迴收鈷,攷察瞭影響鈷迴收率的因素。試驗結果錶明:在反應溫度80℃、初始投料液固體積質量比8∶1、純堿與草痠鈷廢料物質的量比1.2∶1、反應時間2 h 條件下,鈷浸齣率達91.57%,浸齣效果較好。

Recovery of cobalt from a waste cobalt oxalate by sodium carbonate precipitation transformation method was researched .The effect of experimental conditions on leaching of cobalt were examined .The results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature of 80 ℃ ,initial feeding ratio of liquid‐to‐solid of 8 ∶ 1 ,the molar ratio of sodium carbonate to cobalt oxalate of 1 .2 ∶ 1 , and reaction time of 2 h ,the leaching rate of cobalt can reach 91 .57% .
