计算机仿真是机械设计与分析的重要技术之一,以变速器齿轮为研究对象,基于计算机齿轮的受力分布进行仿真分析.分析结果表明:工作过程中,变速器齿轮轮齿满足齿轮最大应力设计要求,使用过程中不会出现轮齿断裂等缺陷;齿轮啮合过程中,轮齿在进入啮合与退出啮合过程中轮齿单面受力,导致齿轮应力最大;通过计算机仿真分析有利于节约设计成本,同时也为设备设计提供参考.

The computer simulation is one of the important technologies of modern agricultural machin-ery design and analysis. Taking the transmission gears of wheeled sugarcane harvester as a research object , this paper makes a simulated analysis of the stress distribution of drive gear in the process of sugarcane harvest. The results show that in the working process of the sugarcane harvester ,the transmission gear tooth meets the demand of maximum stress of gear design. The defects such as tooth fracture do not appear;the tooth single stress in the process of gear meshing and exit,which can lead to the biggest stress,appears in tooth. The computer simulation analysis can be beneficial to saving the cost of design ,and also provide the reference to agricultural machinery design.
