面对日趋严重的老龄化问题，医养结合的发展模式正在得到探索与发展，社区居家护理是医养结合不可或缺的重要环节。居家护理的需求从人口的老化到医疗服务模式的改变都在不断增加，使居家护理面临了前所未有的挑战。在行业标准欠缺、法律法规不全，专业人员严重缺乏，支持资金不足的情况下，居家护理陷入了发展困境。政府主导部门应尽快建立合理的规章制度与操作规程，加快人才培养，整合社会资源，加大投入，使居家护理能够提供优质规范的服务，满足社区居家养老服务的需求。

Facing the increasingly serious aging problem, the development mode of the medical service combined with endowment is being explored and developed, and the community home-based care is an indispensable important part. The requirement of the home-based care nursing is constantly increasing from the population aging to the change of the medical service mode so that the home-based care nursing is facing an unprecedented challenge and is in the development dilemma in the case of the incomplete industry standards, laws and regulations, serious lack of the professional personnel and supporting fund insufifciency. The leading departments of the government should establish the reasonable rules and regulations as soon as possible, accelerate the personnel training, integrate the social resources and increase the investment so that the home-based care nursing can provide the high quality normative service to meet the requirement of the community endowment service.
