老年痴呆是老龄化社会的常见疾病，对痴呆机制的研究已成为热点。痴呆是一种以认知功能缺损为特征的获得性智能损害综合征，对患者的远期影响超过躯体障碍本身。因此，对认知功能障碍的有效康复越来越受到重视，已成为医学研究的重点之一。本文对认知功能障碍的康复评定以及中西医结合康复治疗进行概述。

Thedementia of elderly pepole is a common disease in aging society, the study of mechanism of dementia has become a hot spot. Dementia is a kind of acquired intelligence injury syndrome characterized as cognitive impairments, which has a long impact on patients than their physical disorder. Therefore, more attention has been paid to the effective rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunction which become one of the focuses of medical research. In this paper, the rehabilitation assessment for cognitive dysfunction and its treatment by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine are summarized.
