研究了陶瓷膜分离工艺在钨溶液过滤中的应用。陶瓷膜过滤后,钨溶液浊度达0.53 NTU ,优于传统工艺(板框+精密过滤)的4.36 NTU 。试验采用单因素试验法考察了陶瓷膜过滤过程中的操作条件、浓缩倍数、膜规格等,结果表明,在膜面流速4 m/s 、反冲周期15 min 、跨膜压差0.20 MPa 、浓缩40倍的最佳条件下, CMF‐200‐37×30×1016陶瓷膜可长期稳定并重复使用。

연구료도자막분리공예재오용액과려중적응용。도자막과려후,오용액탁도체0.53 NTU ,우우전통공예(판광+정밀과려)적4.36 NTU 。시험채용단인소시험법고찰료도자막과려과정중적조작조건、농축배수、막규격등,결과표명,재막면류속4 m/s 、반충주기15 min 、과막압차0.20 MPa 、농축40배적최가조건하, CMF‐200‐37×30×1016도자막가장기은정병중복사용。
Filtrating solution before ion exchange in Tungsten hydrometallurgy by ceramic membrane separation technology was studied .The results show that the solution turbidity can reach 0 .53 NTU after filtrating which is superior to 4 .36 NTU by the traditional technology of plate‐frame pressure filtration and fine filtration .The operating conditions ,concentration multiple and the membrane types were examined by single factor test .The results show that the suitable operating parameters are ceramic membranes of 200 × 37 × 1016 ,membrane surface velocity of 4 m/s ,backwash cycle of 15 minutes ,transmembrane pressure of 0 .20 M Pa ,and concentration multiple of 40 times .Under the suitable results ,the ceramic membrane is long‐term stabilization and reusable .
