Technical measures for improving the power supply and utilization safety of important power consumers are proposed with regard to the aspects such as intelligent power supply and utilization safety sensing system structure for important power consumers and analysis, diagnosis and decision on the risk transfer of power supply and utilization for important power consumers on the public communication technology platform; besides, strategies for integration and application of safety techniques of power supply and utilization for important power consumers are further proposed, to establish a power supply and utilization safety monitoring & forecasting platform structure for important power consumers based on the Internet of Things.
