目的:建立一种可同时测定植物油脂中黄曲霉毒素 G2、G1、B2、B1残留量的分析方法。方法将待测样品经前期溶剂提取、免疫亲和柱净化处理后,通过高效液相色谱-柱后衍生-荧光检测器进行测定。结果黄曲霉素G2、B2在0.1~2 ng/mL范围内表现出良好的线性关系,而黄曲霉素G1、B1在1~20 ng/mL范围内r>0.9995,其线性关系良好。在添加浓度为0.1~20μg/kg的范围内,平均回收率在75.0%~125.7%之间。结论该方法快速简便准确,可作为植物油脂中黄曲霉毒素的残留量测定方法。

목적:건립일충가동시측정식물유지중황곡매독소 G2、G1、B2、B1잔류량적분석방법。방법장대측양품경전기용제제취、면역친화주정화처리후,통과고효액상색보-주후연생-형광검측기진행측정。결과황곡매소G2、B2재0.1~2 ng/mL범위내표현출량호적선성관계,이황곡매소G1、B1재1~20 ng/mL범위내r>0.9995,기선성관계량호。재첨가농도위0.1~20μg/kg적범위내,평균회수솔재75.0%~125.7%지간。결론해방법쾌속간편준학,가작위식물유지중황곡매독소적잔류량측정방법。
ABSTRACT:Objective To establish a simultaneous detection method for the determination of aflatoxin G2, G1, B2 and B1 residue in vegetable oil.MethodsAfter solvent extraction and purification with immunoaffini-ty column, the oil samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-post column deriva-tion-fluorescence detector (HPLC-PCD-FLD).Results The linear relationship of aflatoxin G2and B2 ranged from 0.1~2 ng/mL, and of aflatoxin G1 and B1ranged from 1~20 ng/mL was excellent, andr was larger than 0.9995. The average recovery rate was from 75.0% to 125.7% when the addition concentration ranging from 0.1 μg/kg to 20 μg/kg.ConclusionThis method is simple and quick, and can be used for the determination of aflatoxins residue in vegetable oil.
