铁皮石斛具有极高的经济价值和保健价值，但其野生资源的短缺制约了日益增长的市场需求。目前对铁皮石斛组织培养和人工快繁技术的研究已经有了一定的进展，本文就外植体、生长培养基和添加物等方面对组培过程中不同生长阶段进行了综述，总结了近年来的研究成果，并展望今后组培的发展方向，以期为实现铁皮石斛的扩大化生产提供理论依据。

ABSTRACT:Dendrobium officinale has high economic and healthy value, but its shortage of wild resources constrained the increasing market demand. Nowadays, current researches in tissue culture and artificial propa-gation techniques have been made a certain progress. In this paper, the researches of tissue culture and rapid propagation ofD.officinalewere reviewed from the aspects of selection of explants, hormone and natural addi-tives. Recent research achievements were summarized and the future research directions were discussed in or-der to provide theoretical basis for achievingD.officinalemagnifying production.
